I have been cooking professionally for over 25 years, mostly in restaurants within the city of Toronto. Prior to my career as a Chef, I was heavily involved in the arts. Studying at the University of Ottawa, I aspired to be a painter, photographer, printmaker. These activities still inspire me.
Even before I embarked on my culinary career, I had always cooked with passion. I am grateful to have found a career that has fed my spirit, my mind and my body.
As an alumni of George Brown Chef School, I feel fortunate to be able to return to the college as faculty, to share what I have learned with a new generation of cooks and chefs.
